Jinde Charities Foundation (Hong Kong) Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liability by guarantee on 20 April 2017 under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The foundation is a charitable organization recognized by the Hong Kong SAR Government (Registration No. 2528536) and is exempt from taxation under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (IR file number: 91/15843; Effective Date: 25.05.2021).
